Salt + Threads makes returns easy and hassle-free.

30-Day Return + Exchange Guidelines:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns.
For approved U.S. size exchanges, Salt + Threads covers the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Exchanges are for the same product in a different size.
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days once received and approved.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Returns valued at less than $15 will be issued as Salt + Threads store credit.
Approved refunds of $15 or more are returned to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider, typically 3-10 days.
Salt + Threads is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged while in transit.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn, except for trying on, unwashed, unaltered.
Items returned worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in good condition may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Returns sent back after this period will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, stained, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a short description, and a clear photo of the issue.
Approved product or fulfillment issues are corrected at no cost to you.

Including a photo of the item being returned helps streamline the return process.
