Why You’ll Love It
There are two kinds of people at the beach: the ones reading quietly under an umbrella, and the ones who roll up salty, sunburned, and somehow still ready to hit the throttle the second the tide drops. This tee is for the second group. Skull with a native island vibe, plant growing out of it, all framed inside a sun with “Low Tide High Throttle” wrapped around it. It’s basically a warning label for coastal trouble in the best way. Wear it for Bike Week, rides down A1A, tiki bar stops, or those “just going for a quick spin” nights that turn into watching the sunrise from the seawall.
The tee itself feels like it’s already earned a spot in your regular rotation. Made from soft, combed and ring-spun cotton, it’s lightweight enough for hot, sticky coastal days but still holds up when the wind kicks up and the miles stack. Side seams keep the fit from going boxy, and it’s pre-shrunk so it keeps its shape no matter how many times you wear it, sweat in it, and toss it in the wash. Printed with long-lasting, low-impact inks, it’s built for real-life wear, not just to live on a hanger.
If low tide feels like a green light and the sound of an engine is your favorite kind of ocean soundtrack, this is your tee. Pull it on, point the front wheel toward the horizon, and let everyone else figure out how to keep up.
Make It A Set
Built to go together. Easy to pair, easy to wear, better as a set.
Vintage Soul. Daily Comfort. Inspired Tees.
Lightweight by Design
We built Salt + Threads around a premium 4.2 oz Airlume cotton tee because heavier shirts just don’t make sense in Florida heat. Soft, breathable and lightweight without feeling flimsy — made to hold up and stay in your regular rotation.
Premium from the Start
We use the same premium tee for every design, with a cleaner fit, quality construction, and a feel that’s a step above the average graphic shirt.
Once you know your Salt + Threads size, you’re set. Every design starts with the same tee, so the fit stays familiar from one shirt to the next.
Designed Here. Vintage at Heart.
We design our tees ourselves, drawing from the coastal life around us — fishing, surfing, boating, space launches, local hangouts and the easygoing character of Cocoa Beach.
Every graphic starts with something we actually know, love or live. Vintage-inspired, coastal-minded, and made to feel like a tee worth wearing.

Fit, Feel + Care
How do I wash these tees?
For the best long-term care, wash cold and tumble dry low.
These tees are made for real life — beach days, weekend loads, and plenty of repeat wear. Take care of them, and they’ll hold up well over time.
What Are Your Tees Made Of?
All of our tees are incredibly soft, breathable, lightweight, and easy to wear every day. As a general rule: Solid colors like Black, Natural, and Navy are 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, while Heathers are 52% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 48% polyester.
A few color exceptions to that rule:
- Heather Prism Colors: 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 1% polyester
- Ash: 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 1% polyester
- Athletic Heather + Black Heather: 90% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 10% polyester
- Heather Prism Blue: 90% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 10% polyester
You can always find the exact color name for each tee under Color on the product page before adding your next favorite tee to your cart.
I’m between sizes. What should I do?
If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend going up one size. It gives you a little more ease through the chest and middle without overthinking it.
I carry more weight in my middle. Which way should I lean?
If you carry more weight through the middle, or your usual size sometimes feels snug in the belly or chest, we recommend going up one size.
What about broad shoulders?
If shirts often pull across your shoulders or chest, we recommend going up one size.
